This Privacy Policy explains how EnjoyCanada Consulting Inc. ("UniSuite," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information in connection with the UniSuite website, applications, and related services (the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services. This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Transaction and service information, such as booking activity, paid services, referral activity, and records related to the Ambassador program;
  • Usage and technical information, such as pages viewed, interactions with the platform, device type, browser information, IP address, approximate location information, and logs used for security and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Personal Information

  • create, manage, and secure user accounts;
  • provide community, housing, messaging, referral, and platform features;
  • send verification codes, login authentication messages, security alerts, and important account-related notifications;
  • process bookings, payments, commissions, and related records;
  • prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service;
  • communicate with you and respond to requests or support matters;
  • improve, analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot the Services;

3. SMS and Phone Number Information

UniSuite uses phone-number verification to confirm account ownership, secure accounts, and help prevent abuse. If you request or consent to SMS communications, we may send verification codes, login authentication messages, password-recovery messages, security alerts, and important account-related notifications.

SMS delivery may be handled by trusted third-party communication providers. We disclose phone numbers and related delivery information to those providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the messaging service.

We do not treat consent to receive verification or account-security messages as consent to receive unrelated promotional or marketing messages.

4. How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose personal information:

  • to service providers that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, SMS delivery, payment processing, analytics, security, and customer support;
  • when you direct us to share information or provide your consent;
  • when needed to complete a feature or transaction you request;
  • to comply with applicable law, court orders, subpoenas, or other lawful process;
  • to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security incidents, abuse, or Terms of Service violations; and

UniSuite and our service providers may process or store personal information in Canada or in other countries. Some UniSuite features allow you to publish information that may be visible to other users or the public, including profile information, community posts, listings, comments, images, and contact details you choose to display.

Please consider carefully what information you choose to make public. Information shared publicly may be copied, saved, or redistributed by others outside UniSuite.

10. Children and Minors

UniSuite is primarily intended for adults and is not designed for use by children without appropriate supervision. Where a user has not reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, they should use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

UniSuite may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for how independent third parties collect or use personal information.
